Above journal title/subtitle is from the song "Till the End of Time," by DeVotchKa.
Hmm...this journal is really just so I can squee in all my CLAMP-fangirl geekitude, but I'm also a lazy agnostic, a crafter, a (struggling with the junk food) vegan, a bit of a psuedo-punk, feminist, hippie earth mother freak. I dressed as a convincing hippie for Halloween, if I do say so myself. I'm also very liberal and gay-friendly, and if this for some reason bothers you, um...goodbye.
I also craft like crazy and read books other than graphic novels. Expect chattering posts about things like that as well.
Did I mention I'm a bitch? I'm a huge bitch. Also a weird combination of rude and shy, which I haven't even figured out yet.
Okay, as to CLAMP fandomy-ness: I've been lurking online for *years*, but I interact with people in a very socially-retarded way online, so I just lurk and read fic and incur bad karma by not giving feedback 99% of the time. (In the case of bad fic, this is probably a good thing. See above bitch comment.) I've recently been writing fic, though, and fic is no fun if you don'tinflict share the love. I abuse dashes, parentheses, elipses, and fragments like an evil stepmother, though I'm trying to clean up my act.
I've written rather quite a bit of fanfic to date, and the masterlist of it is here: fic fic fic fic. Some stuff is friends-locked for the moment, but not a lot, and it's all labeled.
I write mostly in the CLAMP fandom, but I branch out into other things, too. I've also recently really started studying guitar, and I'd like to learn more than just that, so I'll probably bitch about that between the CLAMP canon threesome fanfics and the ranting about idiot people in the world today.
Oh, and just to make it official: I do not claim to be CLAMP, Neil Gaiman, or indeed any other writer or artist whose works I write for. I do not make any money from this; it's purely for the fun of writing, the glee I get from twisting gender roles and stereotypes, and the fun of communal storytelling that tends to make up a fandom. I don't do this for profit or malice; I do it purely for fun, on all fronts. In other words, I'm playing in other peoples' sandboxes; but I mean no offense, so I hope that they do not take it as such.
This journal is friends-open. I figure, it's the internet, and if I really don't want people to know something about me, it's probably not a good idea to toss it up in a public place. Following that, I don't care if you friend me, or if you do so only to read my fic (ha!). I'm actually pretty polite, most of the time.
